Stephen Davis BSc (Hons) ARLA
As an individual member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), Stephen Davis is recognised as being widely experienced within the London lettings market. After graduating and receiving his Estate Management degree He has enjoyed a successful career for a highly reputable London Estate Agent which spanned over 12 years. During this time he has managed offices in prime locations across London.
Since Davis & Gibbs opened in January 2006, they have gone from strength to strength and Stephen firmly believes their continued success and growth is down to an unswervingly loyal client base. He also understands the importance of existing client recommendation and to make sure Davis & Gibbs keeps its personable qualities.

Brian Gibbs BSc(Hons) ARLA
Brian received his Management Degree in 1999 and went straight into Estate Agency in South West London. Having lived and worked in the area for the last 10 years he has first hand knowledge of both the sales and lettings market. Having worked for a large central London Agency were he worked his way up from a junior negotiator to senior management he is fully aware of the components needed for success. Hard Work, Integrity and Professionalism are all aspects that Brian has transferred to the running of Davis & Gibbs.
Even through the recent economic down turn Davis & Gibbs have remained positive, " When other companies were closing down and reducing staff we took more on, we worked harder and have been actively looking at new ventures". Brian believes that a mix of old honest values coupled with modern technology have catapulted Davis & Gibbs to the forefront of London's Lettings Market.
